• In Person Assister  (Springdale, Rogers, Siloam Springs)
The In Person Assister will assist consumers in understanding insurance options, determining eligibility, and facilitating enrollment in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) through an online web portal.  The In Person Assister will be a legal resident of Arkansas and will be contracted for a one year commitment.  This individual must adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy standards as designated by HIPAA and Community Clinic standards.  The assister will demonstrate strong customer service skills while assisting individuals through the enrollment process.  A successful candidate will have existing relationships with employers and employees, small business owners, consumers, or self-employed individuals likely to be qualified to enroll in qualified health plans.  Strong data entry skills, organizational ability, and analytical ability required.  Bilingual English/Spanish candidates preferred.  High school diploma or equivalent required. 

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)-(Prairie Grove)
Current opening for a full time mental health professional to provide integrated behavioral services in the Prairie Grove School Based Health Center. This is  a full time, year round position. We will be serving all populations in the community with a particular focus on school-aged children. M-F, no weekends. Excellent benefit package including: insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays.

• Development Director  (Springdale)
Provides leadership, plans and directs the development team. The Director of Development oversees public, media, and governmental relations; must possess extensive fundraising experience in addition to grant writing and public speaking skills. Non profit experience preferred. BA or BS required.   

• Women’s Health Provider MD, PA or APN (Rogers)
Currently seeking full-time providers in a clinical setting, M-F, no weekends. Excellent benefit package including paid Federal Malpractice Coverage provided; CME, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation.

• Medical Assistant (Springdale and Rogers)
Currently seeking Bilingual (Spanish and English) Full time Medical Assistants, M-F, no weekends. Excellent benefit package including: insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation.
