Prenatal Pathways is a grass-roots partnership providing low-income and unisured women with access to quality prenatal services.
- Prenatal visits through the third trimester of pregnancy
- Dietary counseling
- WIC referral
- Prenatal vitamins
- Childbirth education
- Referral to participating OB/GYN for delivery
