Chief Financial Officer

Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  This position oversees the financial operations of the organization as well as serving as a member of the executive management team.

Key responsibilities include monthly and annual reporting, annual budget preparation,  grant management, government relations and strategic planning.  Strong analytical skills, knowledge of advanced financial accounting (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, patient financial services and payroll) are expected.  An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance and three years’ experience is required.  MBA or CPA along with previous experience in a non-profit and/or health care organization is preferred.  This is a full-time position based in Springdale, AR. Clinical Manager

Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for a primary care facility in Northwest Arkansas.  This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the clinical support staff.  Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, work assignments, patient flow, compliance, training and performance appraisals.   A current Arkansas LPN or RN license and previous supervisory experience in an ambulatory care setting is required.  This is a full-time position, M – F.  Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Medical Assistant 

Community Clinic is seeking Medical Assistants for a busy clinic. MA, RMA or CNA certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.  This is a full time position, M-F, 8-5. Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Patient Advocate

Community Clinic is seeking full-time Patient Advocates to work in our medical clinics. The Patient Advocate is a member of the patient care team and possesses a strong understanding of the community served. This position serves as a link between the patient and health/social services in the community, provides resources and connections that focus on lifestyle modification, communicates with medical providers, and educates patients regarding the importance of wellness and chronic disease management. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have reliable transportation. A bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field is preferred, but applicable experience in a community service role will be considered. This is a full time position, M-F, 8-5. Project Coordinator

Community Clinic is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to work with the NWA Tobacco and Drug Free Coalition. This position is responsible for the facilitation of local tobacco prevention and control initiatives in Washington, Benton, Madison, Carroll, and Boone counties. Responsibilities include grants management, program development, compliance monitoring, community relations and event promotion. Occasional weekend work and in-state travel is required. Strong computer skills are essential.

Call Center Agent 

Community Clinic is currently seeking Call Center Agents for a high volume call center serving our clinics in Northwest Arkansas. Bilingual is required (English/Spanish).  Job responsibilities include excellent computer and data entry skills, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle high call volumes while multi-tasking. Position is full-time, M-F, with an excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b) retirement, PTO and paid holidays.

Coding Educator & Auditor

Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Coding Educator & Auditor.  Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position will develop and execute education and proper documentation guidelines for a team of 50+ providers to ensure coding compliance.

Responsibilities include serving as the ICD-10 Subject Matter Expert (SME); developing and conducting on-going training; monitoring and documenting timelines; measuring provider performance improvement; running quarterly E&M code utilization reports; performing random provider E&M chart documentation reviews for compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer requirements; staying abreast of current coding trends; assisting with day to day coding duties; ensuring billing staff is appropriately trained; performing research and guidance regarding denied claims; assisting with formal audit requests; ensuring ongoing compliance with Federal and State regulations.

Acceptable certifications (or within 6 months of employment date) are Registered or Certified Professional Coder (RMC or CPC), Community Health Coding/Billing Specialist (CH-CBS) or Certified Coding Specialist Physician Based (CCS-P). An Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred. Five plus years Physician ICD-10 and documentation/coding experience per government and commercial payer guidelines is desired.  Strong computer skills, including Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications, are essential.
