Medical Biller for Patient Financial Services

Community Clinic is seeking a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced Medical Billing office serving multiple providers. Key responsibilities include determining insurance coverage and eligibility, reviewing diagnosis and procedure code combinations using ICD-10, preparing and submitting claims to insurance, AR follow up and providing excellent patient account customer service. One year of Medical Office Billing experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. The Health Coach is a member of a multidisciplinary team, serving as the link between patients and their healthcare providers, social services and community resources.  Key responsibilities include conducting patient needs assessments, providing health coaching to a panel of patients with chronic conditions, as well as facilitating case management and coordination of services. The Case Manager works closely with a patient’s care team, including the provider, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health consultants, and patient advocates. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Key responsibilities include care coordination, working referrals, case management, progress monitoring, education, and advocacy. Behavioral Health Consultant
