Referral Specialist

Community Clinic is seeking a bilingual Referral Specialist.  This position is responsible for processing referral requests initiated by medical providers. Responsibilities include completing and tracking required documentation, verifying patient eligibility, reviewing details with patients, and monthly reporting. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Call Center Agent

Community Clinic is currently seeking a Call Center Agent for a high volume call center serving our clinics in Northwest Arkansas. Bilingual English/ Spanish or English/Marshallese is required. Job responsibilities include excellent computer and data entry skills, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle high call volumes while multi-tasking. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have reliable transportation. Community Clinic is seeking a permanent, full-time Psychiatrist for its community health program serving patients in Northwest Arkansas.  Treatment of adults and child/adolescent patients is provided within an integrated primary care and behavioral health model. Behavioral Health Case Manager

Community Clinic is seeking a full-time bilingual Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide holistic and comprehensive case management services to its patients. The Case Manager works closely with a patient’s care team, including the provider, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health consultants, and patient advocates. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Key responsibilities include care coordination, working referrals, case management, progress monitoring, education, and advocacy.
