Clinical Manager

Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for a primary care facility in Northwest Arkansas.  This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the clinical support staff.  Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, work assignments, patient flow, compliance, training and performance appraisals.   A current Arkansas LPN or RN license and previous supervisory experience in an ambulatory care setting is required.  This is a full-time position, M – F.  Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Clinical Educator

Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to provide training and development to patient care staff within a primary care healthcare setting.  Responsibilities include designing/implementing training curriculum, new hire onboarding, hands-on instruction, and ongoing evaluation.

A current Arkansas nursing license (RN or LPN) is required. At least three years’ experience in administration and/or health care industry preferred.   Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Behavioral Health Consultant

Community Clinic is seeking a licensed mental health professional.  This position is based in a fast-paced primary care clinic utilizing an integrated care model.  Must be comfortable working with the medical team conducting brief interventions to meet the holistic health needs of patients of all ages.  Must be licensed in the state of Arkansas as an LCSW, LPC, or a psychologist (PhD or PsyD).  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desired.  Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(B) retirement, PTO and paid holidays.

Patient Financial Services Specialist

Community Clinic is seeking a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced Medical Billing office serving multiple providers. Key responsibilities include determining insurance coverage and eligibility, reviewing diagnosis and procedure code combinations using ICD-10, preparing and submitting claims to insurance, AR follow up and providing excellent patient account customer service. One year of Medical Office Billing experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Patient Advocate

Community Clinic is seeking full-time Patient Advocates to work in our medical clinics. The Patient Advocate is a member of the patient care team and possesses a strong understanding of the community served. This position serves as a link between the patient and health/social services in the community, provides resources and connections that focus on lifestyle modification, communicates with medical providers, and educates patients regarding the importance of wellness and chronic disease management. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have reliable transportation.
