Seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) RDA. Must be team oriented with the ability to multi-task. Strong communication, computer and customer service skills are required. Full time, M-F. Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Registered Radiologic Technologist (Springdale, AR)
In addition to performing basic radiography, this position is responsible for obtaining and processing laboratory specimens.  Current Arkansas license required.  Full time, M –F.  Excellent benefits package including: Insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Community Development Manager (Springdale, AR)
This position is responsible for community activities and relations including advocacy, limited fundraising and promoting public awareness of Community Clinic and its programs.  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to network and build coalitions, and have previous experience working with social and electronic media.  Previous supervisory and non-profit experience is preferred.  College degree or equivalent experience is required.  Full time.  Excellent benefits package including: Insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Project Coordinator (Springdale, AR)
This position is responsible for the facilitation of local tobacco prevention and control initiatives in Washington and Benton counties.  Responsibilities include grants management, program development, compliance monitoring, community relations and event promotion.  Full-time.  Occasional weekend work and in-state travel is required.  Strong computer skills are essential.  B.S. or B.A. required.  Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Patient Coordinator (Fayetteville, AR)
Seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Coordinator. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. Position is full-time, M-F. An excellent benefit package is available including insurance, 403(b), PTO and holidays.

Call Center Agent (Springdale, AR)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Agent needed for busy call center. Excellent customer service, computer and data entry skills are required. Must pay close attention to detail and have the ability to handle high call volumes while multi-tasking. Position is full-time, M-F, with an excellent benefits package including: insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Referral Specialist (Fayetteville, AR)
This position is responsible for processing referral requests initiated by medical providers.  Responsibilities include completing and tracking required documentation, verifying patient eligibility, reviewing details with patients, and monthly reporting.  Bilingual English/Spanish required.  Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Registered Nurse (Fayetteville, AR)
Experienced clinic nurse (RN) needed.  Experience with psychiatric, addiction and/or behavioral health disciplines is preferred.  Full time, M-F, 8-5. Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Patient Financial Services Specialist  (Springdale, AR)
Seeking a motivated individual with great customer service skills to work in a fast paced medical billing office. Duties include processing medical and dental insurance claims, posting payments and communicating with patients regarding their accounts. Must be very detail orientated, willing to learn, and a good problem solver! Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent benefits package including: insurance, 403(B), PTO and paid holidays.
