This position is responsible for the coordination of Community Clinic’s compliance and risk management programs in accordance with applicable rules, policies, regulations and statutory requirements.  Key responsibilities include:  researching law and regulations, developing policies and procedures, facilitating the implementation of new guidelines, conducting compliance and risk management reviews.  A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a similar role are preferred.  Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(B), PTO and paid holidays.

Patient Financial Services Specialist  (Springdale, AR)
Seeking a motivated individual with great customer service skills to work in a fast paced medical billing office. Duties include processing medical and dental insurance claims, posting payments and communicating with patients regarding their accounts. Must be very detail orientated, willing to learn, and a good problem solver! Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent benefits package including: insurance, 403(B), PTO and paid holidays.

Call Center Agent  (Springdale, AR)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Agent needed for busy call center. Excellent customer service, computer and data entry skills are required. Must pay close attention to detail and have the ability to handle high call volumes while multi-tasking. Medical Records Specialist  (Springdale, AR)
This position is responsible for the overall organization and security of electronic patient medical records. Confidentiality and legal compliance are critical aspects of this position. Strong written and verbal skills are a must. A minimum of 1 year previous experience is required. This position is full-time, M-F. RN Case Manager – (Rogers, AR)
