Quality Manager (Springdale)
This position is responsible for Community Clinic’s Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs.  Key responsibilities include:  the development and maintenance of annual QI programs, oversight of improvement activities, data collection and performance management.  Must have strong interpersonal skills and a clinical background working in a health care setting.  Experience in an FQHC or other ambulatory care setting and two years of experience is preferred.  Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(B), PTO and paid holidays.

Behavioral Health Director (Springdale, AR)
Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Director. Key responsibilities include: providing oversite of the integrated primary care behavioral health program; directing staff at multiple locations; designing and implementing behavioral health programs; training; and direct patient care. Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with either a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a PhD in Clinical Psychology. At least 2 years’ experience in an ambulatory, family practice setting is required. Normal work hours are Monday – Friday.  Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Siloam Springs, AR)
Community Clinic is seeking a full-time, M – F, Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health to children, adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psychological functioning. Must be comfortable conducting brief interventions. Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(B), PTO and paid holidays.

Medical Records Specialist (Springdale)
Community Clinic is seeking a Medical Records Specialist. This position is responsible for the overall organization and security of electronic patient medical records. Confidentiality and legal compliance are critical aspects of this position. Strong written and verbal skills are a must. A minimum of 1 year previous experience is preferred. This position is full-time, M-F. Excellent benefits package including: insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.
