Director of Nursing (Springdale, AR)
Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing. This position is responsible for directing the medical support staff at multiple locations. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in administration and/or health care industry. Current nursing license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing is required; RN certification is preferred. Normal work hours are Monday – Friday. Call Center Agent (Springdale, AR)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Agent needed for busy call center. Excellent customer service, computer and data entry skills are required. Must pay close attention to detail and have the ability to handle high call volumes while multi-tasking. RN Case Manager – (Fayetteville, AR)
Community Clinic is seeking a full-time RN Case Manager to work directly with its medical providers.  This position provides ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual patient needs to improve outcomes and overall health.  A current RN license is required.  A minimum of 2 years of utilization review/case management experience is preferred.  Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.  Excellent benefits package including:  insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Bilingual Patient Advocate (Springdale, AR)
Seeking a full-time Patient Advocate. Responsibilities include case management, networking with community agencies, and connecting patients to appropriate community resources and grant funded services. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Bilingual Spanish/English is required. A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or other Human Service field is preferred. Patient Coordinator (Rogers, AR)
