Director of Nursing
Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing. This position is responsible for directing the medical support staff at multiple locations. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in administration and/or health care industry. Current nursing license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing is required; RN certification is preferred. Normal work hours are Monday – Friday. Patient Financial Services Specialist (Billing/Coding)
Community Clinic is seeking a motivated individual to work in a fast paced clinical billing department. Key responsibilities include billing for medical and dental services, evaluating provider documentation to determine appropriate coding sequences, posting payments and communicating with patients regarding their accounts. Must have 2 years’ experience with physician procedural coding in a primary care setting. CPC certification preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. APRN- School Based Health Clinic (Siloam Springs)
Family Practice APRN needed for school-based health clinic. Excellent benefits package including: Professional liability coverage, CME, insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Referral Specialist (Springdale, AR)
This position is responsible for processing referral requests initiated by medical providers. Responsibilities include completing and tracking required documentation, verifying patient eligibility, reviewing details with patients, and monthly reporting. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology a plus. Full-time, M – F. Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.

Executive Assistant (Springdale)
Community Clinic is seeking a professional, full time Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and senior management team.  The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.  Must be highly organized and possess the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Prior experience working in healthcare administration is preferred.  A college degree is desired but an equivalent number of years working in a similar role will be considered. An excellent benefits package is available including insurance, 403(B), PTO and holidays.

Quality Manager (Springdale)
This position is responsible for Community Clinic’s Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs.  Key responsibilities include:  the development and maintenance of annual QI programs, oversight of improvement activities, data collection and performance management.  Must have strong interpersonal skills and a clinical background working in a health care setting.  Experience in an FQHC or other ambulatory care setting and two years of experience is preferred.  Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(B), PTO and paid holidays.
